We are looking for committed, result-driven candidate for the position of Project Manager – Freshwater, based in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.
Major Functions:
The Project Manager of Working for Water project will be responsible for overall management, supervision, and lead for the implementation of the program’s activities in 03 locations in Vietnam, including Xuan Son National Park, Dong Nai Cultural and Natural Reserve, Dong Thap Muoi Ecological Reserve. The position will ensure the effective development, rollout, implementation, learning and communicating and reporting of the program. The position will be part of WWF’s Freshwater team, be based in WWF office in HCMC and liaise closely Heineken Sustainability team in HCMC as well as relevant Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Requirements:
- University degree in environmental science, sustainability, water conservation or related field, a master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years’ relevant and demonstrated professional experience in Project Management.
- Good knowledge of nature-based solutions theory and application and freshwater conservation.
- Experience as an effective manager working within a decentralized, multi-national network (or Programme).
