Project Manager

CODESPA is  an International  NGO headquartered  in  Madrid  (Spain)  and  working  in  17 countries  around  the word. CODESPA  has  representative  office  in  Vietnam  since  1999,  focusing  on  agro  value  chain  development programs. Since 2006 CODESPA has promoted the development of the compacted fertilizers’ market (this fertilizer is  called  FDP,  as  fertilizer  deep  placement) for  rice  cropping,  through  several  projects  in  Thanh  Hoa,  Yen  Bai and Tuyen Quang.

These projects have been recognized by MARD as solid initiative for poverty reduction and improve the agro sustainability of rural economy areas. The program has been developing under market based approach, attending 3 key components: demand promotion, technical training, and supply chain development. Now CODESPA aims to keep on expanding the program to other provinces, in order to fulfil its agreement with its local partner NAEC.

CODESPA is  looking  for  a  qualified  candidate  to  fill  the  position  of  Project  Manager  with  expertise  in agricultural  value  chain  development  to  manage  the FDP  program (More info in www.rootsolutions.vn).She/he  will  be  responsible  for  supporting  or  directly  being  responsible  of  the  implementation  of  the FDP Program in Vietnam in line with Program’s Plan and CODESPA values, strategy and guidelines.
