Vacancy: Project Manager, Youth Economic Opportunities; Based in Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Project Manager, Youth Economic Opportunities.The successful candidate will be based in Da Nang city or Ho Chi Minh City with frequent travels to project sites. The successful candidate will be offered competitive remuneration package and opportunity for learning and

Main Responsibilities

The post holder ensures that Accenture funded Skills to Succeed project youth employment and entrepreneurship activities in Da Nang/Can Tho are implemented to a high standard of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Competencies

Essential
• University degree in business administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, either in private sector or with an NGO
• Minimum 1 year implementing youth employment and/or entrepreneurship
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude to team work
• Advanced level of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Strong leadership skills
• Commitment to Save the Children’s values

Desirable
• Experience and/or knowledge of labour markets, particularly emerging ones including hostility, IT, accounting, etc.
• Experience of vocational trainings
• Experience of behaviour change and capacity building
• Experience of designing and implementing KAP surveys using cluster sampling, and qualitative assessments
• Experience in project facilitation, training, program planning, design, monitoring and evaluation including need assessment and project review
• Experience of managing consultants
