Project Officer

One international non-governmental organization in Vietnam is seeking for a Project Officer for a community development project, base and work in Tay Ninh. The project focuses on increasing livestock incomes through a livestock loan program and reducing unnecessary expenditures on health through health and nutrition support activities.  This position calls for general management and supervision of project activities and staff, and routine interaction with local implementing partners with interest in the livelihood and health and nutrition sector.  This position is directly responsible for the implementation of donor-approved activities and for meeting donor-approved targets and outputs.  This position calls for making regular visits to the field sites in two districts in Tay Ninh.  The position supervises 2 staffs.  In addition, this position is responsible for coordination, planning, monitoring and evaluation of project activities. Lastly this position is taking the lead in doing provincial needs assessment and database for proposals development and planning in Tay Ninh, and will join the Programs Team for development of programs and its growth in the province and the region.
