Project Officer

CRS is looking for an Information Technology Training Program (ITTP) Project Officer for Project: “Inclusion of Vietnamese with Disabilities” with details as follows:

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in fields relating to Social Sciences and/or Education
• At least five years professional experience, preferably with Vietnamese or international NGOs in the areas of disability issues, education and/or vocational training.
• Experience in fundraising and business outreach preferred.
• Practical knowledge of disability related laws and policies in Vietnam and experience working with government and private schools/universities/vocational training centers, MOET and MOLISA is preferred.
• Good organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail and Internet - required)
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive and flexible in work duties
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Availability to travel to project sites.
