Proposals to Develop Electronic OSS Centralized Software and Customer Information Authentication System (Competitive Bidding)

The project “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism. Specifically, the project will support DOHA to develop electronic OSS centralized software and customer information authentication system.

In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2013-2014 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Da Nang city, the Project will support Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang city (implementing partner) to conduct the bidding in order to select a contractor to develop electronic OSS centralized software and customer information authentication system.
