PROTOCOL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (LE3)
Monthly salary range: VND 29,489,519 to VND 33,190,713
The Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a self-motivated and well-organised candidate to fill a vacant Protocol and Administrative Officer position (Locally Engaged Staff – LE3). The exercise may be used to fill similar positions over the next 18 months from the date of advertisement.
Working with direction, and sometimes outside standard working hours with agreement, the Protocol and Administrative Officer works to established policies and procedures to undertake administrative supporting the provision of efficient and effective services to the Australian Consulate-General. The role requires experience providing administration support in an office environment with strong organisational and time management skills.
Applicants should have demonstrated experience liaising with local government and/or local authorities, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills maintaining a high-level standard of client service. High level verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese languages are required.
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed term non-ongoing contract for initial one (1) year with a potential for renewal or ongoing/permanent contract. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 29,489,519 to VND 33,190,713. Refer to Applicant Information Pack.
