The Vietnam Field Support Services Project (FSSP), a bilateral development project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), is seeking to recruit a part-time consultant Public-Private Partnership Technical Specialist (PPP TS). The national Private Partnership Technical Specialist (PPP TS) will provide professional and technical advisory services to increase Global Affairs Canada (GAC)’s understanding of the PPP environment in Vietnam and their implications for Canada’s international assistance programming. The assignment will start April 2021 and will initially run until January 2022.
