Job title: REACH Customer Sales & Marketing Facilitator
Location: Hanoi

Description of REACH:
REACH provides vocational training services for Vietnam’s most disadvantaged youth. REACH matches our training to the needs of the employers and the jobs that exist in the locations where
we work. Since 2004 over 6,600 young people from vulnerable backgrounds have graduated from this vocational training program and are now successfully employed.
REACH offers 3-month intensive vocational training in:
- Hospitality
- Customer relations, Sales & Marketing (CRSM)
- Information technology (Web + Graphic Design)
- Nail Art
- Housekeeping

Job purpose:
- To provide training on Sales & Marketing and support REACH students with their job placement.
- Develop lesson plans based on REACH curriculum, find jobs for students, provide follow-up support.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training on Marketing & Sales
- Train REACH students on Life Skills and Work Readiness skills
- Responsible to prepare detailed lesson plans and weekly training schedules from the

REACH curriculum
- Create and maintain a business network in the Sales & Marketing sector
- Arrange internship workplace for students
- Responsible for high quality job placements (good salary, benefits, working hours) for each student / create job opportunities for students
- Support any unemployed graduates to find employment post batch up to 6 months
- Support the Youth Affairs Officer with all Mobilization activities (recruiting new students, Selection Day, Home Visits)

Job requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in the Sales & Marketing sector
- Experience in training sector, preferably in vocational training
- Able to work effectively with students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Good knowledge of the labor market
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint are required)
- English skills preferable
- Strong team spirit
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible
