Coffey International Development is a global development consultancy focused on making a difference by improving the lives of world communities. We are managing the AusAID-funded Australia Awards program which is an initiative to provide Vietnam with additional higher learning and leadership capability to be used by graduates to make contributions to priority development areas.

We are seeking applications from Vietnamese nationals for the position of Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team.

The Receptionist/ Administration Assistant will provide support to the Australia Awards team and will have key accountabilities in:

- Reception services for the program office
- Providing assistance with mail distribution, photocopying, office administration duties
- Supporting the organisation of conferences/ workshops, including invitations, collating documentation, making bookings, logistical and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of major program documents

For success in this position, applicants will be tertiary qualified and will need to demonstrate previous experience undertaking receptionist duties and in organising workshops or events. Applicants will need to demonstrate an excellent ability to work with multiple clients and in managing various tasks with high attention to detail.
