Regional Consultant for Private Sector and Resilience Programme Development Trajectory

In Vietnam, Oxfam is recognized as one of the leading international NGOs, especially in rural development, disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response, civil society development, ethnic minorities, and women’s empowerment.

We are looking for a consultant for Private Sector Resilience (PSR) Programme Development Trajectory to support the Regional Programme Lead, Regional Support Team and six country teams in Asia to develop program framework and develop full proposal to global donors.

The timeframe of the consultancy service is from April – December 2015. The consultant is expected to arrange the working station by his/herself, with frequent travels for face-to-face meeting with country teams and regional support team.
