Request for Proposal: Green School Initiative to promote 3R/SWM in Da Nang and Phu Quoc, Vietnam (Clean Cities, Blue Ocean)

The USAID-funded Clean Cities Blue Ocean (CCBO) program is a five-year initiative of USAID which will serve as USAID's flagship program to target ocean plastics directly at their source in cities and towns. The program works to prevent ocean plastic pollution by building capacity and commitment for Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling (3Rs) and solid waste management (SWM) in urban and peri-urban settings, particularly in riverine and coastal areas. CCBO works with multiple USAID missions on country-specific implementation of national and local activities, and with USAID/Washington on global-level activities.

CCBO program in Vietnam, implemented by Tetra Tech International Development invites firms/ vendors/ organizations to submit a proposal for “Green School Initiative to promote 3R/SWM” in Phu Quoc and Da Nang, Vietnam (attached a Request for Proposal (RFQ) and Budget template for reference).

The questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 1700 hours / 5:00 p.m. local Vietnam time on 29 March 2023 by email to [email protected].
