Request for Proposal - Management Sciences for Health

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) invites submission of proposals to design a website to serve as a knowledge management and exchange portal for the HIV/AIDS program transition process in Vietnam.

The web portal must be dynamic and engaging to support a wide range of users with a diverse set of ideas. The design for the site must be attractive simple, easy to navigate and flexible enough to allow for changes to be built in the future. It must be built using an open source content management system (eg., Drupal, Joomla).
