Request for Proposal (RFP): Human Resource (HR) consulting firm to provide professional services (Deadline extended)

Background

Family Health International (FHI 360) is an international non-governmental organization that, in Vietnam, promotes the health and well-being of the Vietnamese people, particularly vulnerable and marginalized populations. It works with the Vietnam Ministry of Health and other national bodies, as well as provincial and district-level health services to achieve project aims. FHI 360 is currently implementing programs to address HIV prevention, testing, and treatment, TB case finding and treatment, clinical research, anti-microbial resistance, health system strengthening, maternal and child health and nutrition, diagnostics and laboratory services.

FHI 360 Vietnam is engaging the services provided by various consultancies in both administrative and technical assistance for the office and health projects upon the needs. We are seeking for the professional service of a Human Resource (HR) consulting firm to support in managing these personnel, covering with all HR related matters in legal aspect for them to devote to the assignments with FHI 360. We are inviting interested firms to propose a quotation for the stated HR services in the new fiscal year commencing from October 1, 2023.
