Request for Proposal: Sanitation Design & Monitoring work at Worksites

PSI Vietnam is a non-profit health organization with programs designed to address malaria, child survival, HIV, hypertension and reproductive health. Under the Greater Mekong Elimination of Malaria through Surveillance (GEMS) Program, PSI is collaborating with the Department of Health in provinces to increase private clinic, pharmacy and worksite contributions to malaria testing, treatment and reporting practices consistent with the national guidelines.  This SOW outlines PSI’s need for an sanitation engineering firm or consultant to oversee the design and installation of hygienic sanitation at selected worksites where workers are at risk of malaria as well as diarrheal disease.

PSI Vietnam is looking for qualified engineering firm or consultant to design and oversee installation of 10 hygienic toilets and handwashing stations (sink and handsoap dispenser), including sufficient and sustainable water supply at 2 worksites: Hoang Anh rubber plantation in Dak Lak (estimated need for 5 toilets) and Phu Thinh rubber plantation in Binh Phuoc (estimated need for 5 toilets)  before 15 December 2017 as follows:

• Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in with title “SVC17-43 Sanitation Design & Monitoring work at Worksites”
