UNICEF VIET NAM is looking for qualified Institutional/Corporate service for “Formative Research to inform the communication for development plan for the Viet Nam social assistance system strengthening project (SASSP)”.

Summary of the Assignment

The overall objective of the formative study is to analyze critical elements that would be required to develop an operational C4D plan that would support the roll out, implementation and monitoring of the SASSP areas. The formative research will address the following areas with recommendations on how the findings would inform the C4D plan.

      · Participant and communication environment analysis
      · Information needs, Communication channels and Platforms for Engagement
      · Collaborators and service providers’ communication needs
      · Cultural and social context

The Service Providers will be asked to make the bid in 2 parts: one will be the technical proposal and the other one will be the price proposal.

The Proposal should be registered by UNICEF Receptionist located on the 3rd floor during working hours (8:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00), and put in the UNICEF secure bid box located in the Reception area.

Deadline for Submission: Proposals MUST be received by latest _10:00_ hours local time on 15/04/2013. Proposals for Services received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
