PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to complete the job of body bus and bus shelter advertisement in 15 months with 3 layout changes. Please find more information in the attached RFQ SVC 17-11 RH Bus Advertising in HN

Please study the details SOW and send us your quotation for all three projects or one separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposals (attached)
2. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) in sealed envelop

Quotation separately via one of the followings:

• Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
• Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 17:30 19th April 2017. Quotations which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
