Please send the official quotation with the subject: “FY24-0138 BCA -Quotation_[Name of supplier]-Supply Jungle gears to USAID-BC project” to email [email protected]; [email protected]  [email protected]; [email protected].

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Evaluation and selection methodology

Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate the bidder’s offer based on the technical requirements and the offer from the bidder. Bidders who are evaluated for a fabric sample that meet the requirements will be considered for a price

Bidderwho offered all items and offer the best price will be invited for contract negotiation for this package.
