Request for Quotation: Videographer to Develop two Videos on Oxygen System Strengthening
BACKGROUND

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the global COVID-19 pandemic.
We are seeking a qualified vendor or vendors to produce two videos on the development of oxygen ecosystems to respond to COVID-19.
SCOPE OF WORK
The qualified vendor or vendors will collaborate with FHI 360 to develop two videos documenting the development, installation, use, and impact of oxygen systems in project-supported COVID-19 hotspot provinces.

Timetable and Address for Submission
Submission of questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] by 5 PM 27 December 2021.
Proposals must be e-mailed to [email protected], clearly stating subject “COVID Oxygen Videos” by 5 PM 30 December 2021, Hanoi time.
