HOW TO APPLY:

The official price quote, signed and stamped, along with the required documents as per Section D - Instructions for Submitting the Price Quotation, should be sent officially via the email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected], with the subject: "FY25-0073 -Ho so chao gia [Ten nha thau] "Cung cap dich vu to chuc su kien Gala Night cua WWF-Viet Nam".

The maximum email size that WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB.

EVALUATION AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:

Bidders who meet the submission deadline and provide all the required documents will be considered for evaluation. The evaluation method is a combined quality and cost-based scoring. The bidder with the highest total score will be selected for contract negotiations.

The deadline for submission is 17:00 (Hanoi time) on 05 August 2024.

Late submissions will not be considered.
