Note: Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of services for the Vietnam Forests and Deltas Program. Bids will be accepted from local or international firms based in Vietnam.

Winrock/Vietnam Forests and Deltas program invites interested and eligible parties from specialized consortia or suppliers to prepare proposals. Eligible suppliers must have extensive experience in designing innovative and creative communications materials, with excellent level of English proficiency. The supplier shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by Winrock/Vietnam Forests and Deltas Program.

Interested and eligible suppliers wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the information package and obtain further information from the address specified above.

Offer Deadline: Bid proposals should be submitted to Winrock International no later than 5.00pm, March 30, 2014 and should be valid for 2 months (60 calendar days). Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
