PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research  agency to conduct Sanitation Survey in Tien Giang, Dong Thap and Dak Nong in November 2016. Please study the details in the attached RFP  and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposal: SVC-16-35 Sanitation Survey in 3 provinces 2016 (attached)
2. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
3. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “Sanitation Survey in 3 provinces 2016”
4. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:

- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:

1.      Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
2.      Working Partnership
3.      Quality of proposed plan and methodology
4.      Timeline

The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 16:00 20th October 2016. All questions must be sent to email address [email protected]. PSI’s clarification will be shared to all vendors.

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 16:00 25th October, 2016. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
