What We’re Looking For
We are seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join our team as full-time Research Analyst working at our office in Hanoi. This is your chance to contribute to transformative projects and build a rewarding career in research and development.

 

Key Responsibilities
As a Research Analyst, you will:

  • Develop high-quality research and consultancy project proposals;
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and execute research and consultancy projects across various sectors;
  • Design robust survey instruments, research tools, and methodologies tailored to each research project.
  • Coordinate and participate in fieldwork activities, ensuring high-quality data collection in alignment with project goals;
  • Analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data and write/contribute to research reports, presentations, and policy briefs that effectively communicate findings to various audience groups.
  • Stay updated on the latest research trends, methodologies, and practices in the field.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill administrative and financial procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by line managers to support the success of the institute’s objectives.

 

Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Master Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or a related field;
  • Having at least one-year experience in the field of development;
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective communication in English and Vietnamese;
  • A self-motivated and collaborative mindset;
  • A passion for economic research and development work;
  • Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines and travel schedules across Vietnam for fieldwork.
