Research/Consultant Agency to Conduct Outlet Survey Among Hotels/Guesthouses

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to conduct Outlet survey among hotels/guesthouses in 10 provinces of Vietnam.

Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us your technical proposal & quotation paying attention to the followings:

1.      Use attached PSI quotation form No. SVC-13-20 including Financial proposal template
2.      Properly sign and stamp your quotation & technical proposal
3.      Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelops
4.      Indicate outside the envelop with: “Technical Proposal - Outlet survey among hotels/guesthouses in 10 provinces of Vietnam No. SVC-13-20” & “Quotation - Outlet survey among hotels/guesthouses in 10 provinces of Vietnam No. SVC-13-20”
5.      Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & quotation is July, 12th 2013. Proposal & quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
