Local Researchers for a Survey on Wildlife Consumption

Description

We are conducting a study on consumers of wildlife products in Vietnam (e.g., tiger bone glue, bear bile, rhino horn). The study is coordinated by the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and supported by the CITES Management Authority, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (https://ifro.ku.dk/english/research/projects/rhino-horn-in-vietnam). The main fieldwork will be in Hanoi and surrounding municipalities.

Research Officer I – Livestock CRP country project, Vietnam

The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) seeks to recruit a Research Officer I to support the implementation of the Livestock CRP in Vietnam. This position is jointly employed by ILRI and CIAT in Vietnam.

Position Policy: Engagement Researcher

Department: Communications / OUCRU Hanoi

Location: This post is based in Hanoi, Viet Nam at OUCRU Hanoi. Occasional travel to HCMC will be required. Details can be given at interview.

Hours of work: Full time

Tenure: This is a 1 year contracted position.
