The Information Center for Agriculture and Rural development is an independent and autonomous Center under the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development – the think tank for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development. To become a reliable center of rural and agricultural information, AGROINFO expeditiously applies multimedia communication tools, serves as a bridge between analysis and practice, and provides consistent, useful and timely information as well as in-depth analyses to support different stakeholders such as farmers, leaders, experts, and businessmen. Assigned by the Institute, since 2015, AGROINFO is focusing on investment facilitation and promotion in agriculture sector. The Office of the Taskforce for Agribusiness Facilitation is based in AGROINFO.  To support the Taskforce, AGROINFO is recruiting 02 qualified policy researchers in following fields of:

• Do policy and strategy review, research and analysis on inter-regional, sectorial and inter-sectorial policies of agriculture, forestry and fishery;
• Do policy research review, analysis on international trade and integration policies
• Do policy review and analysis on sustainable development of agriculture, forestry and fishery;
• Review and update national and international programs and projects to facilitate investment in agriculture
• Provide advice, facilitate with related departments and agencies in MARD and other ministries to tackle constraints for agribusinesses (land, tax,…)
• Provide advice, facilitate the procedures with related departments and agencies in MARD and other ministries to help agribusinesses access and benefit from support programs and projects.
