RFP: Conducting a topographic survey to support the detailed development plan for the botanical garden in Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park (extended deadline)

WWF-Viet Nam would like to extend the deadline of submission to call for proposals from eligible national consulting firms/ research organizations...(hereinafter called Consultants) who are interested in and qualified to conduct our assignment of conducting a topographic survey to support the detailed development plan for the botanical garden in Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park.

The eligible Consultant as defined in the USAID Standard Provisions M6 – Procurement Policies for Non-U.S based Organizations. The Geographic code 937 applies to the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project. For more detailed information on the Geographic code 937, please refer to:

How to apply:

Interested Consultants are recommended to use the attached forms (Proposals) to structure your Proposal. The minimum compositions of the Proposal are as follows:

  1. Proposal Submission Letter signed by an authorized person;
  2. CV(s) of key expert(s) with a summary of relevant experience, projects, research and qualifications;
  3. Technical Approach/Proposal for completing the deliverables;
  4. Work plan and Team composition;
  5. Financial proposal;
  6. Company Profile and Business Registration Certificate
  7. Document proving the self-financing ratio with the state-owned company bidders.

1.  Please send the electronic proposal to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at [email protected] and [email protected][email protected];  [email protected]. Your e-mail must have the subject heading as ““Ref FY23 1511 BCA-[name of consultant] – Proposals Topographic survey to support the detailed development plan for the botanical garden in Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park”.

The file for the financial proposal shall be protected by a password which shall be kept with the Consultant. If the consultant passed the technical requirement threshold, WWF-Viet Nam would then request the password to open the financial proposal file. However, if the consultant loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, WWF-Viet Nam would not assume responsibility.

The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF.

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

2. Consultants may also submit their Proposal directly to the address of WWF-Vietnam. The Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope, the outside of which should be clearly marked ““Ref FY23 1511 BCA-[name of consultant] – Proposals Topographic survey to support the detailed development plan for the botanical garden in Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park”.- DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Note: Consultants choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Vietnam encourages Consultants to submit their Proposal via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.

Questions to clarify information in the application: should be submitted on or before 11:30 am on June 7th, 2023.

Deadline for submission: on or before 11:30 a.m, June 12th , 2023 (Hanoi time – ICT).
