RFQ: Agency to Develop and Facilitate Series of Webinars on COVID-19

BACKGROUND

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the global COVID-19 pandemic.

We are seeking a qualified vendor to help organize and facilitate a series of COVID related webinars.

SCOPE OF WORK

The qualified vendor will collaborate with FHI 360 to deliver a series of webinars which covers various COVID related topics, including health system strengthening, infection prevention and control, case management, community home-based care and mental health care for healthcare workers.

FHI 360 will provide support to outline the content of the talk shows/webinars and help invite the speakers. The vendor will provide logistical, operational, and technical support based on the information provided by FHI 360. FHI 360 will assign a focal point to work closely with the selected vendor to support.

It is envisaged that this RFQ covers up to 5 webinars from the beginning of December 2021 until the end of January 2022. For each of the webinars the vendor is requested to provide the following services to ensure a webinar of high quality is being delivered to FHI 360. Webinars are expected to last between 60-90 minutes each with up to four speakers per webinar.
