RFQ: IT Firm to Develop Vietnam AMU Electronic Information System for Animal Health

In relation to Fleming Fund Vietnam Country Grant funded through the British United Kingdom, FHI 360 has been providing technical support to Vietnam Department of Animal Health (DAH) in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to enhance the AMU (Antimicrobial Use) surveillance system. We are seeking to recruit an IT firm to assist the PATH team to develop a national pharmaceutical electronic information management and reporting system for Animal Health in Vietnam.

Scope of Work

The IT firm will be an information technology technical adviser and facilitator in order to assist in the creation of the AMU management system for Vietnam Department of Animal Health (DAH- MARD).

The IT firm will perform the service under the supervision of the DAH as well as FHI 360 Monitoring and Evaluation through the contract duration.

The IT firm will provide services for development of the AMU electronic information management and reporting system for Animal health sector and continue providing supporting services for operation, maintenance and continuous customizations of the system as necessary throughout the life of the Project.
