PATH is working with the Vietnam Administration of Medical Services (VAMS), a department of the Ministry of Health (MOH), to implement a project named Strengthening Oxygen Utilization and Respiratory Care Ecosystems (SOURCE) with 4 main activities: (1) Development of a guideline to help health facilities establish a medical oxygen system that meet medical service demand; (2) Development and deployment of an E-learning management system (eLMS) and E-learning program on respiratory intensive care for health workers; (3) Conducting a study on hypoxemia prevalence and oxygen consumption at health facilities; and (4) Development and deployment of an online system to monitor country level indicators including but not limited to medical devices, human resources, and technical capabilities of health facilities.
Under project activity 2, an eLMS has been developed based on Moodle platform and will be run by VAMS to operate an E-learning training program on respiratory intensive care for health care professionals. PATH is looking for a vendor to perform the works as below
- Perform a comprehensive security assessment of the eLMS to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks affecting the security of user and training data. This assessment will include, but is not limited to, penetration testing, API testing, and performance testing.
- Ensure that the eLMS is in compliance with applicable information security regulations and standards for online medical training systems and associated healthcare information.
- Provide the document on the proposed solutions to information security levels.
