RFQ to supply 500 field t-shirts and 250 field vests for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project

WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation project is now inviting you to submit your best quotation to supply 500 field t-shirts and 250 field vests for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project

The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject: “FY23-1664 BCA -Quotation_[Name of supplier]-Supply shirt and vest to USAID-BC project” to email [email protected]; [email protected]  [email protected]; [email protected].

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Supplier is required to submit fabric sample in a sealed envelope with a  stamp, the outside of which should be clearly marked “FY23-1664 BCA-Fabric sample-[Supplier’s name]-"Supply shirt and vest to USAID-BC project" - DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Fabric sample should be sent to the below address:

Add: No.6, Lane 18, Nguyen Co Thach, Cau Dien Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
