GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:

ROC Program Coordinator’s role is to support the Program Director. This position participates in every program step, including proposal preparation, implementation, planning, case management, and reporting to management. The Coordinator is required to have effective communication with local governments, partners, doctors, and hospitals. Good English is mandatory. In addition, they will also be involved in any fundraising activity/event related to both programs with any role assigned by the supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support to ROC Director on proposals research/budget/implementation planning to ask the yearly grants from donors.
  • Propose and execute activities for designated donors to meet their CSR goals as staff activities besides clinic; ceremony
  • Assist in liaising with ROC’s stakeholders including local authorities, hospital partners, and suppliers… to plan and implement outreach clinics.
  • Send and receive the letter to the hospital and local authorities in the province to request and confirm the date to do the outreach.
  • Coordinate with the ROC Director pre and post-logistic procedure:
  1. Pre-clinic: staffing, cash advance, paperwork to partners, marketing materials (standee, banner), transportation, crew accommodation, support media team (if needed)
  2. Post-clinic: follow-up and collect database; report number to PR-event department for social communication, M&E.
  • Support and update to ROC Director on bi-annual and annual reports to donors/PACCOM/HUFO and provinces.
  • Follow up the ROC’s CHDs waiting list with HBVN’s support.
  • Support to the Director of ROC in office management.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of ROC.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in international organizations and familiarity with Vietnam's non-governmental and non-profit sectors as a coordinator is an asset.
  • Language Proficiency: Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing in both English and Vietnamese is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint; fund-raising data management systems knowledge helpful.
  • Ability to travel locally is a mandatory and working overtime is required occasionally.

  • Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
