SCOPE OF WORK

Sales Agent Development Consultant

Position summary:  This position will work with PSI program to develop a sales agent network to promote LA Cup Luneale in Vietnam market

Work closely with:    PSI’s Program Manager

Period:                      6 months (June – Dec 2024) and possible extension due to sales performance

Gross monthly rate:  VND 1,500,000/day –estimated up to 12 working days/month.

Background:

The market insights of La Cup Luneale sales and marketing campaigns since August 2023 revealed the lack of trust and brand awareness to a new product, and that being partly reason to low in sales volume. Moreover, word of mouth marketing plays an important role in convincing the end-user to choose LA cup for their menstruation care. Therefore, it brings to our consideration to secure a position to serve as sales agent lead to build a sales agent network and promote LA Cup in Vietnam market.

Key responsibilities are as following

  • Identify partners/sales agents through various channels. Recruit agents who are willing to join the PSI network to promote LA cup.
  • Provide training, coaching support; motivate sales agents to generate La cup sales and boost the revenue.
  • Coach and coordinate activities of PSI sales agent network.
  • Conduct tracking, reporting, and overseeing payment of sales agent partner.
  • Participate in the development of promotion program (bonus scheme, incentives, documentation, tools) for LA cup.
  • Serve as the main contact point from PSI to work with sales agent network.
  • Be responsible for sales target of La Cup through sales agent channel.

Expected deliverables

  • Identify, recruit and engage to at least 50 sales agents in 6 months and support the network to promote LA Cup
  • Main target: Achieve sales volume of at least 1,500 LA cups in contract period (6 months)

Selection criteria

  • Proven sales experience for women health products
  • Strong understanding of women health market and target audience – women at productive age
  • Experience in development of sale agent network.
  • Ability to provide group or in person training/coaching to the affiliates.
