Senior Consultants for Research on Development of Procedure for Poverty Listing Exercise

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

On June 3rd 2015, MOLISA promulgated Decision No. 756/Q?-BL?TBXH on approving 2015 National Poverty Listing Exercise Plan, which assigned Poverty Reduction Support Project (PRPP) to cooperate with “Social Assistance System Strengthening Project” to support National PRCO and MOLISA in development of the Listing procedure, survey form and listing guideline according to MDP line.

PRPP project needs to recruit 02 senior consultants to provide technical consultation on “Research on development of Procedure for poverty listing exercise according to the multi-dimensional poverty line of the period 2016-2020”.
