Senior Finance Officer

Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for capable candidate for full-time position Senior Finance Officer (based in Hanoi Office)

Major functions: The Senior Finance Officer (SFO) supports Finance Manager of WWF Vietnam responsible for controlling and evaluating a country programme's financial risk and preparing financial forecasts, capital management, and financing options. The SFO is responsible for analyzing country financial status by collecting, monitoring, studying financial data and recommending proper actions. The SFO also assesses financial performance, develops cash flow and debt strategies, and assists in preparing country budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
• Minimum of 5-7 years working experience in management reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of principles, procedures and methods used in governmental accounting and financial management and local laws and regulations impacting the financial affairs.
• Good knowledge of international finance and accounting standards/ GAAP knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)
• Good understanding of finance and accounting practices of INGOs in Vietnam
• Experience in corporate finance, developing standards, process improvement, cost accounting, statistical analysis, reporting research results, requirement analysis and financial strategy planning.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring the compliance of finance and accounting system, policies and procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
