PSI currently seeks a talented and motivated individual to work as Part-time Consultant for the post of Senior Medical Advisor with our dynamic, results-oriented team in Hanoi
This position will be 6-month contract, up to 18 days for contract duration, and report to PSI’s Program Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical coaching/training for PSI’s Health Services Manager and QI officer
- Support Health Services team to build-up and standardize for franchise/affiliated private clinics
- Support Health Services department to establish outline of criteria for private clinics eligible for social health insurance reimbursement
- Provide technical advices and quality control on all PSI documentations
- Set-up virtual doctor protocol for PSI’s selected private clinics
- Facilitate connection, collaboration with government agencies and play advisory role to Country Director and Program Director at relevant high-level meeting, visits, and assessments
Qualification requires:
- Medical Doctor Degree
- At least 10 years proven hand-on experience in practicing as a physician and/or specialist
- Demonstrated ability to provide training/coaching, monitoring to others
- Experience in setting up outline of criteria.
- Ability to represent PSI at national and provincial partners and funders
- Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills
- Fluency in English & Vietnamese
Gross daily rate up to US$ 350 (pending candidate’s expertise)
