The Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking self-motivated and well-organised candidates to fill the full time Senior Policy Analyst (Mekong-Australia Partnership position (LE6).
Working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Senior Policy Analyst will shape the development and implementation of MAP in Vietnam. The position will be required to undertake tasks that are complex in nature and will work under limited direction to manage significant parts of MAP. This will involve the provision of policy advice and reporting, the maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, and the design and implementation of activities under the MAP.
The successful applicant will be offered an initial contract for a 24-month period with a possibility of extension, and the Consulate will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 49,594,886 to VND 58,417,144, depending on skills and experience.
