Senior Program Officer
The Institute of International Education (“IIE”) is a New York not-for-profit corporation that is among the world’s largest and most experienced international education and training organizations. IIE is implementing an USAID funded project on Partner Capacity Development (PCD) to build institutional capacity of Vietnamese agencies, organizations and individuals in a wide range of areas that USAID is working on, including economic growth and inclusion, private sector partnerships and innovation, HIV/AIDS, climate change and disaster risk reduction, disability and vulnerable populations, avian and pandemic influenza, education, and environmental remediation.
IIE is seeking Senior Program Officer to support design and implementation of capacity building activities, lead monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of technical assistance/capacity development activities, manage technical assistance inputs liaising with local and international consultants, and target organizations, develop and maintain working files for target organizations, assist with development, design, and implementation of short-term trainings including logistics management. The assignment will be from April 2016 to June 2019 and rate will be based on applicant working experience and negotiation.
