Foundation for International Development / Relief (FIDR) is a Japanese non-profit organization which is permitted by Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. FIDR implements community development projects in Central Vietnam and Central Highland region.

FIDR is now seeking qualified Vietnamese national staffs for the position Senior Project Facilitator & Project Facilitator, based in Danang city, working for Project in Central Vietnam, or Central Highland region. We strongly encourage people who already have some previous working experience, and want to seek their professional career in the field of community development and humanitarian aid, to apply for this position.

Senior Project Facilitator

Main responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration and communication with other staffs of the project team, project partners, and concerned organizations to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of project activity
• Coordination and implementation of the project activities.
• Build capacity for local partner project management.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on project activities and is supervised by Project Manager
• Cooperate directly with local partners, interact with team members and assist Project Manager
• Translation as required by supervisors

Qualification

• University graduate in relevant fields
• At least 3 years of proven working experience on relevant projects and community development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Very good computer (MS-Excel, Word, etc.) and data analysis skills
• Project planning, implementing and report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High commitment to working for the vulnerable people such as children and the poor.
• Able to communicate and understand mind of ethnic minority communities and respect them
• Ability to travel and work at remote and mountainous areas
• Able and willing to work at weekends in case needed
