Service and Product Development Officer

Action on Poverty (AOP) in Vietnam is now seeking well-qualified, highly motivated candidates to fill the vacancy of Service and Product Development Officer as attached Job Description.

The Service and Product Development Officer will work within the Products and Services department of AOP’s regional office, which spearheads its aid and development work and is responsible for product and service implementation and quality assurance, development and sustainability of self-reliant models, and Research, Development, and Demonstration (RD&D) of new products.

The role will be critical to the success of AOP’s Asia Regional Strategy 2020-2025. It will suit someone with “a business mind and a social heart”, who is keen to generate positive outcomes in a not-for-profit organisation, and who is equally comfortable working with and/or within disadvantaged communities, government decision-making bodies, and the private sector.

Work location:               Based in Hanoi, Vietnam with frequent travels to the fields
Reports to:                    Head of Products and Services
