Expressions of Interest – External Collaborator Contract

1. The International Labour Office in Viet Nam is inviting applications for producing the video clip for World Day Against Child Labour 2016

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Bureau of Child Protection and Care as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the new project on “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (2014-2019) with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL). ENHACE project will conduct the WDACL activities as a contribution to support the government and business sector to prepare and get ready to compliance with TPP rules and regulations on child labour. The ENHANCE project is seeking for a media agency to support the development and promotion of the animation video for WDACL 2016 as a part of WDACL plan. Deadline for submissions: By 5:00pm on 4 May 2016
