Service Provider to Provide Capacity Building and Technical Support

In partnership with MOLISA, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the project on Building a generation of safe and healthy workers - SafeYouth@Work with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL). The ILO SafeYouth@Work Project is seeking a capable service provider to provide capacity building and technical support to facilitate improvements in occupational safety and health in agriculture in Phu Tho Province.

The interested firms are encouraged to submit their proposal (not exceeding 20 pages) in English tothe ILO SafeYouth@Work Project with the following details:

  • Experiences and qualifications to undertake this assignment including a list of similar previous and current engagements with detailed references and documentation references;
  • Capacity to mobilise the network of farmers’ unions and farmers in the selected localities;
  • Technical proposal with detailed activities and workplan;
  • Budget proposal with a cost breakdown based on detailed activities.

The proposals are expected to be sent to [email protected], titled “Application_Capacitybuilding in agriculture_Name of firm” by no later than Monday 12 June 2017, 17:30 hours Ha Noi time.

Only submissions with complete documents as stated in the ToRs will be considered.
