Service Provider for Staff Annual Health Check-up

Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Southeast Asia (RLS SEA) now calls for service providers to submit offers for annual health check service for 12 staff of RLS SEA office including 9 female and 3 male staff in 3 years (from 2021 to 2023) with the detailed scope of works as in attached ToR.

Interested service providers are invited to submit their offers including a most updated company profile and a proposal in which you state clearly the desired rate for this service, including a detailed price list.
