Announcement: Hiring for The Organic Spice Project (OSP)

The Organic Spice Project (OSP) is seeking service providers and experts for the following roles:

1. Mobile App Development for Farmers

  • Description: Develop a mobile application to provide information, technical support, and training for farmers on organic spice cultivation techniques.
  • Requirements: Experience in mobile app development, ability to design a user-friendly interface, integrate interactive features, and support multiple languages.

2. Technical Expert for Developing Organic Farming Training Materials

  • Description: Create practical training materials on international-standard organic farming practices for farmers and officials in Cao Bang province.
  • Requirements: Experience in organic agriculture, ability to develop high-quality training materials, experience in training and capacity building for communities.

3. Service Provider for Video Production

  • Description: Produce 10 training videos on organic agriculture to support the training of farmers and officials.
  • Requirements: Experience in educational video production, ability to work with farmer groups and officials, deliver high-quality products on time.

Project Information: The Organic Spice Project (OSP) aims to promote a diverse, ecological, and climate-resilient multi-crop production system in Cao Bang Province, Vietnam. The project, in collaboration with German organic tea and spice company Cha Dô Teehandels GmbH and Vietnamese company DACE, seeks to create sustainable cultivation models and connect biodiversity hotspots.

Duration: The project will run for 16 months (extensions may be considered). Service providers are required to submit Company Profile, Proposed Timeline, and Budget to [email protected] and [email protected] by September 16, 2024.

Requirements for Service Providers:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications in the required field.
  • Ability to work in Cao Bang and carry out tasks in remote areas.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports and training materials in both English and Vietnamese.
