Services Providers for the Acquisition of A Rapid Scoping Study of Micro costing and Design of the Methodology

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Services Tender for the acquisition of A Rapid Scoping Study of Micro costing and Design of the Methodology on behalf of Project VIE/027 – Supporting Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan.

Services providers that are invited to tender for offering the services mentioned above are any legally established company or firm governed by private law, or grouping of such.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate proven experience and knowledge in health financing at national and provincial levels in the developing countries which will be evaluated, among other things, by means of assessing the Methodology Statement and Curriculum Vitae of the expert(s) proposed.
The start of the contract is foreseen for November 2012 for duration of 150 calendar days. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Vietnam. Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of 60 days following the deadline for submission. This services contract is a lump sum contract with requirement to achieve results. The language of the contract is English and the currency of the contract is Euro. The maximum budget available for this contract is set to 46 000 EUR (all inclusive).
