Short-term National Consultant

MDF Asia Vietnam is looking for a short-term national consultant to join our project team for a 10-day field work (5 in Vietnam and 5 in Cambodia) in July and August 2018. This is a part of a mid-term review project to assess a strategic partnership. The requirements are below.

• >3 year international experience in evaluating large scale and complex programmes (multiple theme and multiple countries)
• Experience in evaluation of influencing programs
• Experience in evaluation of capacity development work
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing gender dimensions
• Experience with international (I)NGO’s
• Good coordination and motivation skills
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong communication skills that are culturally sensitive
• Good command of English
