Software Consultant to Collect and Manage Project Data

Center for Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP), a non-public science and technology organization, was established in 2008 under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association (VUSTA). It has been in cooperation with the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), the Medical Committee Netherlands-Vietnam (MCNV) and the AAI Consortium led by the Research Center for Inclusion (RCI) to implement the project Inclusion 1: "Support to improve quality of life of people with disabilities in provinces heavily sprayed with Agent Orange” in three central provinces of Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, and Quang Nam. The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and National Action Centre for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET) under the The Ministry of National Defence.

We are looking for a software consultant to collect and manage Project data. Please refer to the attached TOR for more details.
