Project “Supporting the implementation of PAR in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” (called PAR MOHA) funded by UNDP and other donors started in 2013 till the end of 2016. In its previous phase (2009-2013), UNDP had supported MOHA to successfully develop PAR Index.
