RECRUITMENT FOR SPONSORSHIP SERVICE OFFICER

Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in 49 countries.

Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 5 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city. We focus on education, water & sanitation, and income generation sectors in different areas of Vietnam.

Reports to: Sponsorship Service Team Manager, Project Manager

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal	External
Country Director, General Director, Managers/ Team Managers/ Officers in HO, PMs, Project Officers	GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
2. MAIN DUTIES
Making Annual Plan of Action (POA) Implementing the activities in Child Management fields: Home-visiting, Annual child letter, Annual progress report, gift money & letter, annual gift, new child In charge of Child Sponsorship fields: Health check, Special case Keep contact with managers and staffs in Head Office In charge of the efficiency of the activities during implementation: Preparing, Making proposal, plan, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting Contact/Deal with related local partners to facilitate the implementation of activities Guide and ensure that partners, participants properly follow GNI regulations during the activities Regularly reporting on activities/events or when required to the person in charge of activities and project manager Managing and promoting the process of disbursement as planned Cooperating with other divisions in the office to implement the activities effectively Actively consulting Head Office for efficiency and adjustment of the activities/programs (if any) Implementing other activities when required by Project manager
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education: University graduate or higher in relevant majors (education, psychology, social work).	Work experience Minimum 1 year of similar role Good experience and skills in managing projects related to Sponsorship Service Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in counseling psychology and social work. Able to work under high pressure.
Skills Ability to evaluate, analyze and solve problems well; individual work management and team collaboration. Have creative, innovative thinking and willingness to challenge; good ability in project management. Able to effectively use English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.	Attitude Sociable, responsive Committed working with GNI at least 2 years. Enthusiastic in work Truthful and accountable
