Do you have the passion, relationship and marketing skills necessary to make a real change for the children of Viet Nam?
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Viet Nam is looking for a special candidate who has proven marketing innovation and partnerships development excellence, has worked at senior levels in previous positions, and who wants to turn these skills to making a real difference for the survival and wellbeing of vulnerable children and families in Viet Nam.
This is an amazing role. The selected candidate will lead the creation, conception, and development of an exciting new to market position. They will bring e-commerce expertise to lead a strong team with members based in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, to create and implement a private sector and digital engagement strategy. The selected candidate will become a member of a highly experienced global team, that leads the world in leveraging partnerships to make a difference for children. They will also take lead in identifying, approaching, and negotiating relationships with key influencers and business in Vietnam to build partnerships that create meaningful changes for children.
Bringing energy and expertise in 'business to consumer' enterprises, they will understand brand marketing and protection, banking complexities, internet gateways and digital engagement; they will develop strategies to entice and retain individual as well as corporate donors; and they will scope, identify and form partnerships, building a network of private sector partners.

Why do we need your help now?
UNICEF has core funding that supports operating costs and creates programmes and approaches that save the lives of children. But we need to do more. This out-of-country funding is diminishing and after 40+ years of giving to Viet Nam – UNICEF now needs to ask the people of Viet Nam to help us reach and address the challenges facing children in this country.
